Purpose of the Rockford IceHogs Booster Club
 As stated in our by-laws

1) To promote attendance at hockey games involving the Rockford IceHogs Hockey Team, both at home and away, and to encourage support in the community for the Rockford IceHogs Hockey Team.

2) To support and encourage the personal development of the players, who may from time to time be employed by the Rockford IceHogs Hockey Team, and to make them feel welcome in the Rockford community.

3) To establish and maintain a friendly and cooperative atmosphere between the fans, the management of the arena, the management and players of the Rockford IceHogs Hockey Team, and the local media.

4) To perform and foster worthy public works, promote goodwill and understanding among all interested individuals and groups throughout the Greater Rockford area, and benefit needy or deserving persons by enhancing their opportunity to establish themselves in life as worthy and useful citizens.

5) To promote community pride in Rockford and surrounding areas, support and promote sportsmanship and fair play in the community, and provide leadership to others in the community spirit by projecting the best possible image of a hockey fan.

Responsibilities of being a Member of RIBC

1) Regularly attend membership meetings

2) Support the club and team as stated in the by-laws

3) Actively participate in club activities

4) Respect the privacy of players, staff and their families both on and off the ice.
